All of us have read about monumental events in history but sometimes we seem to forget that during these events, ordinary people like you and I were swept into them. Sometimes by choice or otherwise, they were caught in the storm. These people had families and loved ones who they missed but were called to participate in events bigger then them. Most of their names are forgotten by now. We only remember who was in charge. The countless others have been lost in time. These are very few of their belongings that they left that day during or after the battle.
